Refund Policy

If the user wishes to terminate the registration and the services or to opt the Money Back Guarantee Scheme, he shall do so subject to the terms and conditions as specified hereinunder in this Cancellation and Refund Policy read with the provisions as mentioned in the User Agreement.

The Refund shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY TO AVAIL REFUND:

The User in order to claim the Refund, must register himself for MBGP by submitting the MBG Form available on the platform or by filling it online/offline within 30 days from purchase of the card.

2. APPLICABILITY OF THE POLICY::

This Policy shall be applicable only after a period of 6 months from installation of the card.

3. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT:
  • The User must have installed the E-ON Power-The Electricity Saver Card.
  • The installation of the card shall be completed within 2 weeks from the purchase date.
  • The card shall be in use for at least a period of Six months prior to the request of refund.
  • This policy can only be availed in cases where the user has complied to all the terms of use as specified in this Policy, in the User Agreement and in Privacy Policy and the company shall not be liable for any refund to any such user who has breached the terms of this Agreement.

4. TIME LIMIT FOR APPLYING FOR REFUND:

The User shall apply for refund, if any, only within 30 days from completion of a period of 6 months after installation of the card. The company shall have the sole discretion to entertain any application or complaint received post the specified period.

5. PRE-REQUISITES FOR REFUND:

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system, Internet Protocol Address and the Internet service providers' utilized and other similar information.

WEB BROWSER COOKIES:

  • In order to avail the refund, the User will be required to provide copies of electricity bills for all months while using E-ON Power the Electricity Saver Card along with a photo of card installation at refundeon@gmail.com
  • If the copies of electricity bills are not delivered within the time specified above, any request for refund shall not be accepted by company.
  • The E-ON Power-The Electricity Saver Card should be in good, original condition and must have been used for at least a period of Six months.
  • The User must return all products, cords, and cables, if any including parts and documentation that were included in the original packaging.
  • The user shall have in his possession the original payment receipt issued by the company at the time of the purchase of the said card.
  • The company shall have the sole discretion to require any other proofs, documents or details form the User to ascertain the Refund amount.

6. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE REFUND SHALL NOT BE GRANTED:

  • If, by any means, the card is damaged/ tampered/ broken/ is worn out by any means, the same shall not be considered for any kind of refund.
  • If the user fails to produce all month’s electricity bills while using E-ON Power the Electricity Saver Card.
  • If the user fails to prove that there is no reduction in electricity bills during the period of months post installation of the E-ON Power-The Electricity Saver Card.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a User for the same product/ service.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a User.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
  • Users have breached any terms of the User Agreement or Privacy Policy.
  • These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. APPLICATION FOR REFUND:

To request a refund for the E-ON Power-The Electricity Saver Card, the user will be required to go by the following directions:

The bills and photographs shall be emailed to the defined address

Once the same is received, our team will contact you to understand the concerns Once the case is understood by the team and it is founds to be a genuine case, the refund shall be initiated to the bank account of the user; it has to be noted that fee of INR 999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) shall be deducted as a cancellation fees.

8. NOTICE OF REFUND:

Once the company approves the refund, the User will be notified by way of an email to its registered email address, post which the User shall be required to return the E-ON Power-The Electricity Saver Card to the company.

9. AMOUNT OF REFUND:

The price of the product under request shall be refunded in full, subject to the following deductions:

  • amount of handling and shipping charges shall be deductible from the said refund.
  • an amount of Rs. 999/-(Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) shall be deductible, and the balance amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • Any other amount as the company may deem fit shall be subject to deduction from the amount of such refund.

10. REFUND PROCESSING TIME:

The processing of refund may take 30 to 60 working days for it to get reflected in the Bank Account of the user. The refund process depends on the product or service purchased from the Platform.

11. DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY:

That the decision and parameters of refund will be solely at the discretion of the company.

12. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
  • The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep; however a fee of INR 999/-(Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only) shall be deducted and refund policies will prevail accordingly.
  • The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
  • In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
  • In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  • E World Enterprises reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. E World Enterprises also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

13. EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SERVICES::

Once the user terminates or discontinues his services, he shall be unable to access the services provided through the platform and shall only be eligible to use the services again after renewing/ re-purchasing the said product.

14. DISCLAIMER:

We do not guarantee the results or outcome of our products. The User acknowledges and understands that the company provides power cards which control sudden fluctuations which might result in energy saving, depending upon the usage and devices, and we do not claim/ guarantee any amount of power being saved or cost being saved.

15. FORCE MAJEURE:

The Company shall not be considered in breach of its Refund policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the User for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

Circumstances as stated above are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund.
